Cancellation Policy

All spiritual sessions are personally performed by Mambo Terese at her private altar. Each session is conducted using a proxy representation of the recipient, which may include your name, photograph, and date of birth, as provided by you. Depending on the nature of the service, it may be conducted through a live text-based chat session, via email correspondence, or delivered as an audio or video file accessible through a private link. This flexibility accommodates clients across different time zones. These services are spiritual in nature and are equally effective regardless of your physical location or activity at the time of performance. Spiritual work transcends distance, and neither you nor any person on whose behalf the service is requested is required to be physically present. Because each service is customized and performed specifically for the individual, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued in cases of cancellation, withdrawal, or failure to attend a scheduled session. However, there are no penalties or fees for rescheduling. Clients are simply asked to contact Mambo Terese by email to arrange an alternative time. Clients must be 18 years of age or older to purchase or participate in any service. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
